For these highly ambitious entrepreneurs, who have dreamed big and worked hard to fulfil their vision for themselves, they are now the proud owners of their dream cars, having rewarded themselves for years of hard work well done.

From the outside, it can be easy to think that these cars are merely status symbols, but for the leaders of Preeminent Group, these reflect important values that they bring to their work and to their clients. He certainly is not alone in his enthusiasm for cars, and the surprising lessons to be learned from owning one. For Division Director Justin Ngai (@yicongn), his car simply reflects the group’s thinking that success is a mix of having the right products, training and systems, much like how drivers perform at the top of their game in motorsports like the Formula One races. For Division Director Dane Kau (@ahdane), his car simply reflects the fruits of his labour, being able to achieve his childhood dreams and providing his family with a better life. Senior Marketing Director Ten Yuyu (@10_yuyu) feels that the car is an expression of the drive it takes to achieve big goals and seemingly impossible dreams.

This seems to reflect the sentiment of many Singaporeans, who themselves may be car enthusiasts—after all, who doesn’t like a nice car? Finally, the leaders agreed that one has to be willing to work hard and must have the burning desire to succeed, in order to achieve it! We certainly think that the leaders of the Preeminent Group know this too—they certainly have shown themselves to be leaders who uplift others to meet their own potential. The rides they own today are a reflection of their hard work in the vision to be the most dynamic real estate group in Singapore.
