In the HDB BTO November 2022 launch, a new batch of flats will be launched in Bukit Batok. The last time a BTO launch occurred in Bukit Batok was February 2021.

The BTO site will be located at the confluence of Bukit Batok West Avenue 2 and Bukit Batok West Avenue 5, and will house 790 2-room, 3-room, 4-room and 5-room flats.

The BTO site enjoys good public transport connectivity (Bukit Gombak MRT located about 10 minutes’ walk away), and Bukit Batok is a relatively established area despite being a non-mature estate. Hence, it is likely to be a popular choice for households looking for an affordable flat.

Although Bukit Batok is a non-mature estate, it has well-established amenities. In addition, the Bukit Gombak area where the November BTO site is located is filled with greenery and scenic spots, including Little Guilin, Bukit Batok Hillside Park and, a little further away, Bukit Batok Nature Park.

With numerous primary and secondary schools in the area, the HDB BTO site is well-situated for families with kids.

Although the Bukit Batok November BTO project is likely to be fairly affordable due to its location, it still offers good connectivity via Bukit Gombak MRT on the red North South Line (NSL), which connects directly to Orchard and Raffles Place without the need for any line changes. Hence, it offers a good compromise between price and convenience.

The full range of flat types, from 2-room Flexi to 5-room, will be made available at this launch.  Thus, it is likely to be popular with a wide range of household sizes, including families with multiple children.
