Comment on HDB Open Booking of Flats: Is it better and cheaper than resale? by Zane

With the resale prices at never seen before peak, I notice that some of the open booking flats released in September is significantly cheaper than resale flats in the same area.

Does the point that it’s not much cheaper still stand?

Even though I still agree with the article that resale seems to be more ideal.
