In the HDB BTO Dec 2023 launch, BTO flats from four mature estates will be available to applicants: Bedok, Bishan, Bukit Merah, and Queenstown.

While not as central as the HDB BTO Dec 2023 Petir Park Edge Bukit Merah and Ulu Pandan Vista Queenstown projects, the Chai Chee Green Bedok and Sin Ming Residences Bishan HDB BTO Dec 2023 projects are not affected by the Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) model. They are thus suitable for those looking for a flat in a mature estate at a more affordable price.

1,234 Chai Chee Green Bedok December 2023 BTO flats have been launched. This batch of Chai Chee Green Bedok HDB BTO 2023 Dec flats will include 3-room, 4-room, and 5-room flats, and Community Care Apartments. Being a large launch with a wide variety of flat types, those who prioritise living in a mature estate should have a relatively good chance of balloting for a flat compared to other mature estate launches.

The Chai Chee Green Bedok HDB BTO Dec 2023 project will occupy a decent location in the neighbourhood, about four stops via bus 26 to Bedok North MRT station.
