Unveiling The Crown Jewel Of Residential Collection - Promenade Peak Opens For Preview

Allgreen Properties (Allgreen) is pleased to announce the preview of its latest luxurious residential development, Promenade Peak, on 17 July 2025, with the official launch scheduled for 2 August 2025. Promenade Peak is a 99-year leasehold development featuring 596 units in a 63-storey tower. Situated next to the Singapore River and Great World shopping mall, it offers commanding views of the skyline and convenient accessibility to Great World and Havelock MRT stations, both within a 4-minute walk. The development is also just minutes’ drive from Orchard Road and the Central Business District (CBD) and within walking distance to River Valley Primary School.

Promenade Peak offers a diverse range of unit types, from one-bedroom plus study to two-through five-bedroom units, ranging from 527 square feet (sq ft) for a one-bedroom plus study to 1,884 sq ft for a five-bedroom premium unit. Similar to Great World address at 1 Kim Seng Promenade, Promenade Peak will have the address 1 Zion Promenade. The same naming convention is adopted in Promenade Peak at 1 Zion Promenade which conveys exclusivity and reflects unique curved frontage along the water.

Where Connectivity meets Convenience

Promenade Peak is well-connected to major arterial roads and expressways such as the Central Expressway (CTE) and Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE). It is a short five-minute drive to the Orchard Road shopping belt and CBD. The nearby Great World MRT station offers commuters easy access to Orchard, the CBD, and Marina Bay areas. Additionally, commuters can travel conveniently to the city via the Thomson-East Coast Line and to the eastern parts of Singapore via the East-West Line from Outram MRT station, just two stops away. A covered pedestrian linkway from the development which will provide sheltered access to both the Great World and Havelock MRT stations is being planned.

The vicinity boasts a plethora of dining options, with an abundance of good food and shopping conveniences at Great World Mall, Valley Point Shopping Centre, Tiong Bahru Plaza, as well as Robertson Quay and Clarke Quay. Additional F&B choices are available at Orchard Road and Dempsey Hill. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate nearby spots such as Fort Canning Park and the Botanic Gardens, both just minutes away by car.

The Development

Standing at 63 storeys, Promenade Peak is Singapore’s tallest prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction (PPVC) residential development. Soaring 240 metres above the iconic Singapore River, it offers stunning panoramic views including the sea and Sentosa Island to the south; Marina Bay and the CBD to the southeast; and Orchard Road and Bukit Timah Hill to the north.

The façade reflects the glistening surface of water, incorporating a texture that creates a fluid, pixelated effect. Its monolithic form is accentuated by vertical fins juxtaposed against an array of dissolving pixels as the structure ascends to the peak. Promenade Peak features three tiers of residences separated by sky gardens. The two lower tiers, known as the Promenade Collection, comprise 480 units spanning Levels 2 to 42. These units range from one-bedroom plus study to three-bedroom layouts, with sizes from 527 to 1,076 sq ft. Prices for units in the Promenade Collection will start from $2,680 psf.

The top tier, Promenade Suites, occupies Levels 44 to 62 and includes 114 units, featuring three-bedroom premium, four-bedroom premium, and five-bedroom premium layouts. Sizes range from 1,163 to 1,884 sq ft, and all units come with private lift access. Level 63 houses two exclusive penthouses, each spanning 4,144 sq ft. Prices for the three-bedroom premium units in Promenade Suites will start from $3.6 million, four-bedroom units from $4.4 million, and five-bedroom premium units from $6.2 million.

Exclusive Amenities Across Three Sky Gardens

  • Social Peak (Level 22): A meticulously crafted space featuring a Hanging Garden, Floating Hammocks, Cabanas, and Social Pods perfect for relaxing with a coffee while watching the city bustle below.
  • Wellness Peak (Level 43): An entire floor dedicated to fitness, equipped with an Outdoor Fitness Arena, Gymnasium, Boxing Arena, and Cross Training Arena ideal for body, mind, and soul wellness.
  • Sky Peak (Roof Level): Home to the tallest infinity pool in a pure residential development, accompanied by a Sky Champagne Pool, Sky Lounge, and function room offering unrivalled skyline views of the city.

The Grand Promenade on Level 1 focuses on wellness and nature, enveloping residents in greenery and water features to enhance tranquility and well-being. Facilities include a 50-metre lap pool, hydrospa pool, BBQ pavilions, children’s indoor play area, and a pickleball court. Residents can also enjoy serene walks along the Tree Top Walk and Tree Top Pavilion trails.

Environmentally-Friendly Features

The development incorporates environmentally sustainable features, such as low volatile organic compounds (VOC) paint, energy-efficient appliances, and electric vehicle charging stations. These efforts earned Promenade Peak the BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy award.

Thoughtful Designs and Premium Provisions

Every unit is thoughtfully designed with premium finishes to complement the refined façade. Kitchens come fully equipped with luxury appliances from Miele, while bathrooms feature premium sanitary wares and fittings from Laufen and Gessi. Ernesto Meda lifestyle bars are included in all Promenade Suites units.

The one-bedroom plus study, two-bedroom and two-bedroom plus study units feature an invisible induction cooker hob seamlessly integrated into the Inalco countertop, revolutionising the cooking experience.

Promenade Peak also offers smart home provisions such as smart door locks, smart air-conditioning controls, and smart smoke detectors all remotely controllable via an app. The smart home hub allows flexibility to connect additional smart devices tailored to individual lifestyles.

Allgreen’s Heritage in the Neighborhood

Allgreen has a well-established presence in the area. Its first residential project was the 288-unit Yong An Park on River Valley Road, completed in 1986, followed by the 292-unit Regency Park on Nathan Road in 1987, and the 264-unit Tiara completed in 2015.

The company’s flagship mixed-use property, Great World (formerly Great World City), was completed in 1997 and underwent a $50 million revamp completed in 2020. Through this long presence, Allgreen has developed a deep understanding of the area, aiming to better serve both shoppers and residents.

Will I be rich?

“Will I be rich?” My 14-year-old child asked me when we were going for a walk after dinner. I know the answer from her Zi Wei Dou Shu (紫微斗数) chart. But I can’t tell her. I could only reply with a model answer. “If you work hard, save religiously and invest prudently, you will be... [read more]

Wing Tai To Preview River Green: A Connected, Inclusive, Sustainable Luxury Home

Wing Tai To Preview River Green: A Connected, Inclusive, Sustainable Luxury Home
Wing Tai To Preview River Green: A Connected, Inclusive, Sustainable Luxury Home

Wing Tai will preview its new sustainable development, River Green (嘉溪绿苑), on Thursday, 17 July 2025, with sales booking starting on 2 August 2025. The 99-year leasehold project consists of 524 residential units in a 36-storey tower and offers various unit types, including one- to four-bedroom options ranging from 420 sq ft to 980 sq ft. The development, which will include full condominium facilities, is scheduled for completion in 2030.

The Right Address Connects You Everywhere

River Green is situated in District 9, within the River Valley area of the city. It has direct access to the Great World MRT Station through a sheltered walkway and an underground linkway to the Great World shopping mall. The location is one MRT stop from Orchard and within walking distance of Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay, and Boat Quay, providing access to various shopping, dining, and entertainment options. River Green is also close to the Central Business District and Marina Bay Financial Centre. Additionally, several educational institutions, such as River Valley Primary School, Anglo-Chinese School (Junior), and St. Margaret’s Primary School, are located nearby.

River Green is connected to Great World MRT station, offering residents unparalleled connectivity and convenience

Occupying an exceptional location with unmatched convenience, Mr Edmund Cheng, Deputy Chairman of Wing Tai Holdings says, “River Green captures the perfect balance of urban vibrancy and natural tranquility. It is a refined sanctuary where residents can retreat from the fast pace of city life, reconnect with nature, and unwind amidst the purposefully designed spaces that inspire wellbeing. We are confident that River Green will meet the evolving expectations of today’s homebuyers, offering not just homes of exceptional quality, but a lifestyle that’s both dynamic and holistic for years to come.”

River-Inspired Architectural Design Meets Urban Living

Influenced by the appearance of the Singapore River, River Green’s architecture incorporates curves reminiscent of waves and ripples. The structure includes a crown at the top with peaks and troughs that align with the surrounding urban area and greenery. In the lobby, there is a mirrored ceiling designed to resemble ripples. At 10 metres high, this ceiling reflects the greenery below and contributes to the overall spatial effect upon entry.

Adds Mr Cheng, “Given the location, we wanted the architecture of River Green to pay homage to the Singapore River – the curves on the building façade, the sweeping crown at the top and the meandering form of the stardust pool and arrival lobby – all mirror the rhythmic flow of the river.”

Shaping a Sustainable Tomorrow for River Valley

In line with Wing Tai’s commitment to build high-quality and sustainable developments, River Green is proud to be the first residential development in Singapore to achieve the Building and Construction Authority Green Mark Platinum (Super Low Energy) certification, with five  sustainability badges – Health & Wellbeing, Whole Life Carbon, Maintainability, Resilience, and Intelligence. Features that contribute to this sustainability certification include the focus on residents’ wellbeing through the development’s design and construction practices, use of advanced precast concrete systems for greener and more efficient construction, and the adoption of smart technologies such as electronic notice boards and smart parcel systems.

River Green demonstrates a strong commitment to be future-ready by providing 150 bicycle lots to encourage a car-lite and sustainable lifestyle, along with designated EV charging and EV-ready lots. In addition, solar panels will generate renewable energy for 30% of the common areas, contributing to more environmentally responsible operations.

The landscaping at River Green is purposefully designed to ensure sustainability and care for the current ecosystem. Over 50% of the landscaping consists of carefully selected native and riverine plants to protect and enhance the existing biodiversity and natural habitat. Lush green respites are thoughtfully integrated to create a harmonious and contemplative environment that prioritises wellbeing. Four distinct nature zones featuring curated herbs and blooms, and direct access to Kim Seng Linear Park via a side gate, offer residents a serene haven to escape the bustle of urban life.

An Inclusive Home for All

Central to River Green is the vision of creating an inclusive, barrier-free home for all. Thoughtfully designed with the seven principles of Universal Design, the development ensures accessibility and convenience for everyone. It features resting areas with varied seat heights, barrier-free routes and a universal pool entrance accessible for wheelchair users.

A unique highlight of River Green is The Sound Sanctuaries – quiet rooms designed as tranquil spaces nestled within lush greenery. These sanctuaries offer unobstructed views of a curated natural landscape, allowing residents to rest, rejuvenate, and reconnect in a private setting.

The vision of inclusiveness at River Green extends beyond the development. Wing Tai has partnered with Pathlight School to transform the construction hoarding of River Green into a vibrant community art canvas. This canvas features 30 inspiring artworks by students from Pathlight School, showcasing their unique interpretations of River Valley and the Singapore River, and will be displayed throughout the construction of River Green. This initiative not only provides a platform for neurodivergent students to display their talents but also fosters social inclusivity by creating awareness of this special group of individuals and the value they bring to the community, encouraging more people to embrace diversity and inclusivity.

The sales gallery is located at Leonie Hill and opens from 10am to 7pm daily.

Buying an overseas home for retirement

Should we buy an overseas home for living after retirement? Salespeople often market foreign properties as high return investment or affordable luxury homes. The latter appeals to buyers looking for value-for-money homes overseas, either for vacation or for retirement. Everyone Welcome – Because everyone deserves a place to call home

Everyone Welcome – Because everyone deserves a place to call home
Everyone Welcome – Because everyone deserves a place to call home

At PropertyGuru, we believe your property journey should not be limited by your race, gender, sexual orientation or religion.

Yet for some renters in Singapore, the search for a home can still come with unnecessary challenges. A YouGov survey of 1,500 Singaporeans found that close to 1 in 4 have faced racial discrimination when trying to rent a property.

While we celebrate multiculturism in Singapore, unconscious biases still influence the rental experience, often putting renters, landlords and property agents alike in uncomfortable situations.

That’s why we introduced the ‘Everyone Welcome’ filter.
A simple feature for a strong impact:

✅ To help renters search for homes with confidence
✅ To help landlords attract more interest from renters looking for welcoming homes
✅ To help agents more effectively match renters to landlords

❤️ Because everyone deserves to feel at home

Though we may look, sound, or live differently, we all long for the same thing:
A place to feel safe. To rest. To be ourselves.

Real voices. Honest stories. A call for more inclusion

We know words alone can’t capture what it feels like to be turned away just for being who you are. That’s why we’ve teamed up with storytellers who bring these tough moments to light with empathy, honesty, and sometimes a little humour.

This documentary follows a minority renter navigating repeated rejections in her search for a home. Alongside her, a property agent witnesses the real-time challenges renters can face from overt discrimination to more subtle forms of biases.

Rather than pointing fingers, this documentary takes an empathetic look at Singapore’s rental ecosystem. It explores the complex mix of personal experiences, cultural norms, and perceptions that shape rental decisions and shows how understanding, action, and allyship can move us toward a more inclusive market.
