Coastal Cabana is a 99-year leasehold EC with 748 residential units and a one-to-one carpark ratio. The 305,757 sqft site, acquired in August 2024 for S$557 million (S$729 psf ppr), was one of only a handful of EC plots released in the East over the past decade — a major reason why interest in the project has been building steadily.

Previews and e-applications will commence from 6 to 21 December 2025. HDB will conduct balloting for both first- and second-timer applicants, with results released by 13 January 2026. Successful applicants will receive an appointment date to book their units.

The official sales launch begins on 17 January 2026.
