Provence Residence, a French-style executive condominium (EC) project at Canberra Crescent, has sold 220 units, or 53% of its 413 units during its launch on 13 to 15 May, revealed MCC Group on Sunday (16 May).

E-applications for the development commenced on 24 April and ended on 10 May. Balloting was conducted on 12 May, while bookings started on 13 May.

Three-bedroom units accounted for about 82% of the units sold, while three-bedroom (premium) units made up 11%. Four-bedders, on the other hand, accounted for 7% of the units sold. The units achieved an average selling price of $1,142 per sq ft (psf).

“Several homebuyers have feedback to us that they are drawn to the modern French design theme of the project,” said Tan Zhiyong, Chief Executive Officer of the MCC Group in Singapore.

“In recent years, homes have evolved to become a habitat, workspace as well as getaway all rolled into one. The French design touches will provide future dwellers an escapade within the home boundaries should they require one.”

MCC Group noted that the project is the second EC to be launched this year and the first within the Canberra estate over the past 12 months.

Expected to obtain Temporary Occupation Permit in 2025, Provence Residence features three-bedroom, three-bedroom (premium) and four-bedroom units spread across nine 11- and 13-storey towers. It also offers over 50 lifestyle facilities, including a 50m lap pool, jogging track, BBQ pavilion, sky lounge, roof terraces and sky dining.

The project’s sales gallery and show suites are located opposite Block 491 Admiralty Link, with visits strictly by appointment only.
