Singapore-based HiLife Interactive clinches $8mil funding in Series A round

The estate management company will use the funding to double its presence within Southeast Asia with new markets like Cambodia, and break into the European and Australasia markets by the end of this year.

Singapore-based HiLife Interactive has secured $8 million in Series A funding from Shanghai 2345 Network Holding Group, an Internet information services provider and software developer.

Providing estate management companies and homeowners with smart solutions, the all-in-one lifestyle platform revealed that it will use the funding to double its presence within Southeast Asia with new markets like Cambodia, and break into the European and Australasia markets by the end of this year.

With the Shanghai 2345’s investment and technological know-how, the company will also bring its HiLife solution to hospitality, commercial, educational and healthcare institutions.

It noted that estate managers of properties such as hospices and schools can benefit from enhanced efficiency, productivity and security with HiLife.

HiLife’s asset management system, for instance, allows real-time monitoring of the facility’s visitor system, security system as well as energy and lighting meters to detect inefficiencies and incidents.

“The HiLife platform has played a significant role in keeping people safe in this pandemic,” said Sam Ho, Deputy CEO of HiLife Interactive.

“Beyond convenience, it enabled contactless living. Homeowners could book limited slots at condominium facilities without any face-to-face contact. In fact, our visitor management platform, complemented by Licence Plate Recognition technology, made it easy for both residents and security guards to manage the increase in online shopping deliveries.”
