Singapore has limited land as it is. The government need to step it to prevent property speculation which is driving up prices. Each person should only allowed one property, that is the one they live in. Speculators and investors owning more than one property are not only driving up property prices for the next generation they are destroying our environment but casing excessive land clearing. It is misusing a precious limited commodity, land, in Singapore, which could be put to other more important essential uses. The government need to regulate this for the common good of the nation and not allow free market to run uncontrolled.
