A freehold property at 6A, B and C Robin Drive has been sold to Robin Development for $17 million, which works out to a land rate of $1,454 per sq ft per plot ratio (psf ppr), revealed sole marketing agent Edmund Tie.

Located near the Steven MRT Interchange, the regular shaped site has an area of 951.8 sq m (10,245 sq ft) and is zoned for ‘Residential’ use under the 2019 Master Plan with a plot ratio of 1.4.

The site is also within close proximity to various amenities including supermarkets, eateries, recreational clubs and schools.

Edmund Tie noted that there is also the opportunity to acquire an adjacent strip of State land of about 16.2 sq m (174 sq ft), bringing the total land area to 968 sq m (10,299 sq ft).

It added that the property can be redeveloped into an upscale boutique development of up to 13 apartments based on an average unit size of 100 sq m.

“The tender attracted very keen interest from both investors and developers due to its prime location and bite-sized quantum,” said Swee Shou Fern, Executive Director of Investment Advisory at Edmund Tie.
