Although the seller signed the OTP, his agent did him a disservice by not properly communicating the obligation and not meeting his selling price. The owner should take action against his property agent if he behaved unprofessionally or unethically. Selling a property isn’t just about taking a commission and a good agent wouldn’t have created this unhappy situation.
