Well, I think this is bulls***. They still wanna charge old folks money for those package. Those old folks are either retired with few income or having no kins at all. Just trying to pay for the apartment already took a toll on their financial and they need to pay for these package on monthly subscription. Where are these old folks gonna get the money to pay for it!
