The HDB Staggered Downpayment Scheme allows you to pay your downpayment in two instalments. For example, from the June 2024 sales exercise onwards, those taking an HDB loan or not taking a loan, you can pay 2.5% in cash or using CPF OA at the time of signing the Agreement for Lease and the remaining 17.5% during key collection
