Govt should also consider imposing similar restrictions for existing HDB flats to moderate the resale prices back to a more liveable level. Currently there are so many million dollar HDB and it is driving HDB and private properties prices to ridiculous prices. Public housing should be meant for own stay and not for investment or speculation. Our future generation can kiss goodbye to having their own home if property prices are allow to control growing at this outrageous rate.
