The Landmark, a 39-storey residential project within the heritage-rich Outram District, attracted close to 1,200 visitors during its preview over the weekend.

Developed by Landmark JV, a joint venture between MCC Singapore, SSLE Development and ZACD Group, the development features 396 units of one- to three-bedroom apartments, with sizes ranging from 495 sq ft for a one-bedder to 1,141 sq ft for a three-bedder.

“We find the turnout in the first preview weekend to be highly encouraging especially in view of mandatory safe management measures which put a cap on the maximum allowable number of people inside the sales gallery and showsuites at any one time. All available appointment slots for the two weekend days were fully taken up,” said a spokesman of The Landmark.

Notably, the developers offered nine time slots which started from 9am to 10pm over the weekend.

“While visitorship is curtailed by the various safe management measures, the more manageable crowd has enabled us to provide potential homebuyers with more quality marketing time and attention,” said the spokesman.

He noted that the extra effort on the part of the visitors to make prior registrations “may bring about better qualified prospects”.

“We see this new normal in real estate sales gallery operations as a safer and more sustainable way of customer engagement in the time ahead,” he added.

The Landmark also has three levels of basement car park as well as around 60 lifestyle facilities across five decks.

The development is located at the border of the Central Business District (CBD), on the northern foothills of Pearl’s Hill City Park and near the Singapore River.

It is set to obtain Temporary Occupation Permit in March 2025.
