New non-landed home sales post 84.8% surge in Q2

Including sub-sales and resales, non-landed home sales grew 55.4 percent to 1,717 units from 1,105 units.

Amber Park, the Tre Ver, Parc Esta, Sky Everton, and Stirling Residences have become the top-selling new non-landed residential properties in the Rest of Central Region (RCR) for Q2 2019, reported Singapore Business Review citing OrangeTee & Tie.

They made up 50 percent of the 1,151 new homes sold in the same period, indicating an 84.8 percent quarter-on-quarter growth from the 623 new homes in Q1 2019.

Several new projects exceeded the $2,000 per square foot (psf) benchmark for new homes in RCR, including Amber Park and Sky Everton, who sold for an average price of $2,481 psf and $2,525 psf respectively.

Amidst higher psf pricing, both projects recorded healthy sales in Q2 2019, as Amber Park sold 156 units while Sky Everton moved 133 units.

Including sub-sales and resales, non-landed home sales grew 55.4 percent to 1,717 units from 1,105 units.
