Be it doing videos, writing articles or even drawing comics – Stuart emphasizes the importance of agents staying active and relevant to their customers. Most importantly, agents shouldn’t be shy about sharing their knowledge as they’re building blocks to their own personal brand.

As a serial motivational speaker, Kevin strongly believes that one needs to be the master of his/her own mindset. And whilst we’re battling against this virus, a strong and positive mindset is root to surviving and thriving.

Kevin stresses the importance that agents need to accept and embrace digitialisation – as now, more than ever before; it has become a permanent part of our lives.

This means that property agents need to pick up and hone even more digital skills like videography; and put genuine thought into the customers’ experience while watching the video. Moving forward, how agents present themselves on video home tours might become a determining factor on whether a physical viewing or sale happens or not. Bobby Sng: Focus on Providing Value to Your Customers
The fact of the matter is, COVID-19 was something no one was ready for. And with this, the entire business model of real estate has shifted permanently.
Bobby emphasizes that agents need to accept these changes and be ready to adapt to this ‘new normal’. They can reach out and reconnect with existing and old clients – it’s time to share information and educate property seekers, so that you continue to show the value you bring to them.
However through these uncertain and challenging times, Bobby calls out to the property agent community with a heartfelt wish –
