Over the next 15 years, Woodlands Regional Centre is set to host new spaces for business, industry, learning, and research and development.

Woodlands Regional Centre will comprise two distinct developments under these plans: Woodlands Central and Woodlands North Coast.

Woodlands Central is set to become a hub for retail, F&B, entertainment, residential, and office spaces. On the other hand, Woodlands North Coast will comprise homes, recreational attractions, and business spaces for both MNCs and SMEs. Both areas will be connected through cycling and walking paths, with one of them being the 1.9km WoodsVista Gallery.

If you’re thinking of getting a BTO in Woodlands soon, you won’t have to wait till Woodlands Central and the waterfront projects of Woodlands North Coast are fully developed.

10 minutes from Woodlands MRT

The Woodlands BTO flats are about a 10-minute walk from Woodlands MRT station, which forms part of the North-South Line (NSL) and Thomson East Coast Line (TEL).

The first phase of the TEL was recently completed in early 2020, comprising Woodlands, Woodlands North, and Woodlands South station. New stations like Lentor, Bright Hill, Upper Thomson, and Caldecotts are set to open by the first quarter of 2021.

The entire TEL is slated to be completed by 2024, which will give residents direct train access to stations like Orchard, Shenton Way, Tanjong Katong, and Bedok South. Notably, residents will be able to get to Orchard within 35 minutes!

For more travel options, residents can also head to Woodlands Bus Interchange, located just next to Woodlands MRT station.

Near to shopping malls and many food options

Residents can also enjoy retail and F&B offerings at Causeway Point and Woodlands Civic Centre. Both developments are located in the vicinity of Woodlands MRT.

Further down along Woodlands Avenue 3, Marsiling Mall offers a myriad of stores and food options. This includes SAM Marsiling Hawker Centre which has over 70 food stalls.

Woodgrove Shopping Centre, which is just a 7-minute walk away from the BTO flats, also offers plenty of eateries and retail options.

Surrounded by primary and tertiary schools
