Located in the heart of the city core adjacent to the CBD, the City Hall / Clarke Quay area is a major shopping and entertainment district. It is ideal for those working in the CBD who wish to enjoy the convenience of living in the city centre.

Divided into two by the Singapore River, the area is served by multiple MRT stations:   

  • Clarke Quay on the North East Line,
  • City Hall on the North South and East West Lines
  • Esplanade on the Circle Line.

D07 Beach Road / Bugis / Rochor

The Beach Road / Bugis / Rochor district lies at the edge of the CBD, while at the same time offering easy access to some of Singapore’s most vibrant cultural sights. It is an ideal location for those who work in the city centre, as well as anyone who wishes to take advantage of the cultural gems in the city core.

Lying to the north of the civic district, the area is served by MRT stations:
