Signature Park was once the site Lam Soon factory manufacturing cooking oil, soap, canned food and animal feeds (palm oil residues)
My mother and siblings used worked there. My mother was long serviced staff for probably 30 years when the factory was located at Jalan Jurong Kechil.
Signature Park was completed in 1998 built in a total of 928 units was the the largest condo development under CDL at that time.
