Ended up, the landlord's agent was asked to split the commission with tenant's agent?? This has to be improve and change.. I do not agree to give extra subsidy for people to live in the prime location. If the prime area is too expensive for public housing, let’s build it elsewhere. The inclusion reason does not make sense. We do not need “average” Singaporean to live in the area to make it more Singaporean. Singaporeans still work and play in the prime area, while living in the suburbs. Our tax money can be better used elsewhere other than providing the extra subsidy to fulfill unnecessary aspiration of some.

There is a imminent current risk in condo security with the rise in online purchasers deliveries be it food, groceries or others. I have often seen security guards just let these delivery drivers into the condo compounds easily without contacting the owners who are receiving their ordered products. This is especially true for online delivery of food like Grab food etc. One reason is to expedite the flow at the entrance of condos hence adding risk to the condo security. How best can we reduce this risk without affecting the flow into the condos ?
