I'm happy that I no longer stay in Pine Grove. Be aware of the NO PARKING sign all around possible access near any building blocks. On average the MC clamps 1-2 cars PER DAY and request for 75+gst to release the car. The paint on the floor is NOT obvious especially from driver's view. CAUTION!! Ps. gym is not free even for resident, 1 SGD per entry. PPs. a lot of mosquito, last year dengue red zone for a loooong time and made me got dengue PPPs. Residents like to complaint. Take photos and sent to MC. Especially for blk 1N. Watch out.

Need to know for first time BTO buyer applying for enhanced housing grant application. HLE letter approved as flat application before 9 May 2023. The applicant need to be working with salary at point for first BTO appointment to book the new flat for the EHG application eligibility with HLE letter. Or EHG eligibility is based on applicant salary during application for the BTO at sale launch with HLE letter.
