In regards to condition of the older units on open booking platform, I'm not sure why it matters, since HDB has kind of removed everything in the unit.. Major renovation has to be done anyways. Does a additional plumbing issue make any huge impact to the renovation which is already at a 'massive scale'
With the resale prices at never seen before peak, I notice that some of the open booking flats released in September is significantly cheaper than resale flats in the same area.
