I do not agree to give extra subsidy for people to live in the prime location. If the prime area is too expensive for public housing, let’s build it elsewhere. The inclusion reason does not make sense. We do not need “average” Singaporean to live in the area to make it more Singaporean. Singaporeans still work and play in the prime area, while living in the suburbs. Our tax money can be better used elsewhere other than providing the extra subsidy to fulfill unnecessary aspiration of some.

I have often seen security guards just let these delivery drivers into the condo compounds easily without contacting the owners who are receiving their ordered products.
