Condo Focus: Meyer Mansion

Consisting of a single 25-storey tower block, Meyer Mansion forms part of the District 15 skyline fronting the sea. The 200-unit freehold condominium is developed by GuocoLand and is slated for completion by 2024.

Facilities

Residents can expect a comprehensive suite of facilities that befit a luxury condominium. A large portion, 80%, of the 7,920 square metre land area at Meyer Mansion is devoted to facilities and landscaping.

There are multiple swimming pools in the development, including a 40-metre lap pool on the South side of the tower block and a leisure pool on the North side of the tower block. There’s also a children’s pool and jacuzzi, as well as a BBQ pavilion next to the leisure pool.

In the proximity of the development’s clubhouse are the children’s playground and a water courtyard. The spacious clubhouse is perfect for hosting and entertaining guests.

A ‘Beach House’ sited next to the 40-metre lap pool offers another function room venue for entertaining guests at Meyer Mansion.

Surrounding Amenities

Meyer Mansion is located along Meyer Road, a tranquil landed-mixed-condominium enclave within District 15. Residents have easy access to East Coast Park via a side gate, which is four minutes’ walk away via an underpass.

At East Coast Park, the resident can enjoy miles of seafront stretching all the way to the Gardens by the Bay and the city to the West, and towards Changi to the East. Attraction nodes such as Parkland Green, Marine Cove (a kids’ paradise with one of the largest playgrounds in Singapore) and East Coast Lagoon and Seafood Centre are ideal spots to dine and chill by the sea.

Residents will also be within a six-minute walk to the upcoming Katong Park MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL). The station is slated to open in 2023, so residents of Meyer Mansion will have a new MRT line at their service.

With the TEL, nearby amenities can be easily accessed via public transport. Parkway Parade, the largest shopping mall in District 15 and the focal point of activity, will be two train stops away at Marine Parade MRT station.

The TEL will also provide residents with highly convenient rail access to the city in 15-minutes and Orchard Road in 20-minutes. When complete, residents have a direct rail route to Changi Airport via Expo MRT station.

Similarly, residents can choose between a short drive, bus or train ride to the Katong heritage precinct, where an array of eclectic shops, eateries, restaurants and drinking places are housed in the area’s iconic shophouses, many of which are built in the Peranakan style.

Meyer Mansion is also a short drive away from amenities like Singapore Sports Hub, Singapore Swimming Club and Paya Lebar Central regional business district.

Motorists or residents who prefer travel by car have superb access to the city and airport via the East Coast Parkway (ECP) entrance at Fort Road.

Schools near to Meyer Mansion include Dunman High School, Chung Cheng High School (Main) and the Canadian International School (Tanjong Katong Campus).
