(This is a special feature by Oxley Holdings).
Oxley Holdings Limited (“Oxley” or “the Group”) is a Singapore-headquartered real estate developer also engaged in property investment and management. Its portfolio of property developments has grown to comprise residential, commercial, hospitality and industrial projects since the company’s inception in 2010. The SGX Mainboard-listed company is now present in 12 11 markets, including Singapore, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Vietnam and various Southeast Asian countries. Oxley Holdings’ global reach is attributed to their strategic expansion plan to enter into a partnership with local and oversea businesses – a plan that saw the Group acquire stakes in large property developers and engineering companies across three continents.
The ability to spot development trends, coupled with the Group’s willingness to step of out its comfort zone, has brought Oxley Holdings where they are today. Oxley Holdings’ success is reflected in the numerous development awards it has under its belt. Ching Chiat Kwong, the Group’s CEO, was named Real Estate Personality of the Year at the 2017 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore).
Oxley Holdings’ Recent Projects
With over 10 projects in the pipeline, Oxley Holdings has generated recent buzz with three award-winning residential projects: Kent Ridge Hill Residences, 1953, and The Verandah Residences.
Kent Ridge Hill Residences is a low-density luxury condominium perched on a vantage point that overlooks the sea and natural landscapes – just one of the project’s many unique selling points. The tranquil condominium development is close to CBD, Sciences Park, NUS, NUH and shopping malls; the Pasir Panjang MRT station is also just within walking distance of the project. The property also boasts residents-only private access to Kent Ridge Park. In 2018, Kent Ridge Hill Residences sold almost over half of its phase one units within two days of launch.
The Verandah Residences, which also shares similar themes of tranquillity and tropical living, sold 76 100% of its stock within 3 months of after its launch in 2018. Within the gates of The Verandah Residences, residents will find colonial-themed buildings that take on hints of black-and-white facades and verandahs – mirroring the history of nearby colonial shophouses located in Pasir Panjang.
On the other hand, 1953 is a mixed-use project that combines 58 residential units with 14 commercial units in one of Singapore’s liveliest neighbourhood: District 8. A modern building is being erected behind the current row of shophouses, integrating the development into the rich history of the city fringe.
The three residential developments are due for completion in 2023.
