In a recent local news report, Parc Botannia, jointly developed by two reputable developers: Sing Holding Limited and Wee Our Holdings Limited, was reported to continue to be in strong demand, with buyers snapping up units due to the development’s attributes and an attractive price tag.

In the heart of it all

It’s easy to see why home buyers and investors are drawn to this residential development—it is within close proximity to good schools and like Seletar Regional Centre and Seletar Aerospace Park, making it an attractive residence for prospective tenants or home buyers who work around the area.

Touted as the fourth Regional Centre in Singapore, the upcoming Seletar Regional Centre will be located next to the Seletar Aerospace Park, and is said to potentially grow to be twice the size of the current Tampines Regional Centre.

Additionally, the Seletar Aerospace Park, envisioned to be a world-class dedicated aerospace regional facility, is expected to create about 10,000 jobs upon its projected completion this year, while the Woodlands Regional Centre, which is part of a larger commercial belt called the North Coast Innovation Corridor, will house the first business park cluster in Singapore’s northern area.

The North Coast Innovation Corridor, in tandem with the future cross-border rail link into Malaysia, is expected to spawn a new generation of modern factories and innovation centres that will stretch from Woodlands Regional Centre, with more than 700,000 sqm of modern commercial space and more than 100ha of developable land. This will stretch to the Gambas area, and continue towards the east to Yishun, past the upper Seletar Reservoir, into the Seletar Aerospace Hub, and will continue towards the east to join the Punggol Creative Cluster and Learning Corridor.

For families with children, they will appreciate the development’s close proximity to several good schools such as Fernvale Primary School, Nan Chiau Primary School, Pei Hwa Secondary School, CHIJ St Joseph’s Convent, CHIJ St Nicholas Girls’ School, Anderson Junior College, Nanyang Polytechnic, and more. Expats looking for good international schools can consider Chatsworth International School and Lycée Francais de Singapur.

In the heart of Sengkang

Parc Botannia’s popularity as an investment property or residential home can also be attributed to its close proximity to several shopping malls, transportation links and recreational facilities.

According to the URA masterplan, Sengkang will be undergoing tremendous changes in the next couple of years, including improvement in amenities and infrastructure, and the addition of more residential and commercial developments.

And the plot of land that Parc Botannia will be built on, along Fernvale Street, is situated close to a slew of shopping malls and facilities, such as Seletar Mall, located just a short 10-minute walk away (or one MRT stop), Greenwich V and Compass One.

Foodies will be spoilt for choice with a chockfull of local delights at the Jalan Kayu area, such as prata, prawn noodles, bak kut teh and more. For those seeking more options, head over to The Oval @ Seletar Aerospace Park boasting an array of restaurants like The Summerhouse, Di Wei Teochew Restaurant, Wheeler’s Yard and more.

For those who enjoy being close to nature, they will be pleased to know that there is a park located right at the doorstep of Parc Botannia, and the development is also surrounded by a handful of park connectors and neighbourhood parks including Punggol Park Connector and Sengkang Riverside Park.

Getting to other parts of the city will also be a breeze with the public transportation system—Parc Botannia is located right next to the Thanggam LRT station, which will connect residents to Punggol LRT/MRT station. For those who drive, they can make full use of the Tampines Expressway (TPE), Seletar Expressway (SLE), Central Expressway (CTE), Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) and East Coast Parkway (ECP)—all located nearby —to get to wherever they need to go.

Spacious, stylish layouts

Boasting 735 units in total, Parc Botannia offers a wide range of unit mix to suit individual needs—there are one-bedroom units ranging from 420 sq ft to more spacious five-bedroom units spanning 1,668 sq ft to accommodate larger families. Other apartment types offered in the development include one bedroom plus study, two bedroom compact, two bedroom premium, two bedroom plus study, three bedroom compact, three bedroom premium, four bedroom compact, and four bedroom premium. Each comes fully outfitted with quality and stylish finishes and fittings. Home buyers will also appreciate the fact that the developers have built the four towers at distance from each other, allowing residents to enjoy utmost privacy as well as unblocked views of both the landscape and the surrounds.

For recreational pursuits, the development offers a host of facilities including a 50m lap pool, a tennis court, barbecue/dining pavilions and more.
