The Landmark, a 396-unit residential development project in District 3, is set to open for preview by appointment this Saturday (14 November).

Located within the heritage-rich Outram District, the 39-storey project is developed by Landmark JV, which is a joint venture between MCC Singapore, SSLE Development and ZACD Group.

It features one- to three-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 495 sq ft for a one-bedder, 678 sq ft for a two-bedder and 1,076 sq ft for a three-bedder.

Featuring a highly liveable layout, the units come with stylish design concepts as well as quality fittings from Duravit, Gessi and Miele.

In fact, all 72 three-bedroom units will be equipped with private lift lobby, while half of such units will have a study.

“With homes becoming the default office brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, homebuyers are increasingly seeking bigger units with a study which they could use as work space for holding meetings or housing work equipment. We strive to cater to the rising demand for home office by offering three-bedroom units with a study,” said Tan Zhiyong, Chief Executive Officer of MCC Singapore.

The Landmark also comes with three levels of basement car park and around 60 lifestyle facilities across five decks at various heights.

Facilities offered include a jogging track, kids wonderland, BBQ gourmet pavilion, a 50-metre infinity pool, children’s waterpark, jacuzzi aqua spa, therapeutic garden and sky gymnasium.

Strategically situated at the border of the Central Business District (CBD), on the northern foothills of Pearl’s Hill City Park and near the Singapore River, The Landmark is also near the shopping precincts at Marina Bay, Orchard Road and City Hall/Bugis.

It is also close to the Chinatown and Outram Park MRT Interchanges, next to Central Expressway as well as minutes’ drive to West Coast Highway and East Coast Parkway.

“City-centre homes have always been favoured by homeowners and investors alike. In years to come, with the fruition of some of the nearby mega development plans from transport enhancement to the emergence of a new Marina Downtown, we can expect the city centre to be even more dynamic and vibrant. This will bring about a significant rise in lifestyle options, city-living convenience and other opportunities to the dwellers and homeowners of The Landmark,” said Kain Sim, Co-founder and Group Chairman of ZACD.

The Landmark’s sales gallery and showsuites are located near 79 Indus Road. To book an appointment, interested parties can call +65 8500 0188 or visit its website.

The Landmark is set to obtain Temporary Occupation Permit in March 2025.
